pavucontrol, not display some icons in KDE

In kde-4.14.18, in pavucontrol, not display some icons in KDE so the icon to set the sound is not selectable. To fix this
remove simple-icon-theme and oxygen-gtk3 packages

sudo spkg -d simple-icon-theme oxygen-gtk3

Edit ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini and remove the line gtk-icon-theme-name = simple
Save the file and you are OK.
