forgot to upload the x86_64 package. Thanks bsd4me.
Its ok now.
be sure to install the new pam, cracklib, and libpwquality packages if they are not installed by deps.

Upgrade went smoothly
Had to install other packages since they didn't come with upgrade.
cracklib came with pam.
Will mark this solved
